Angry Birds for TI-Nspire

This is a great tool for students to guess the equation that the bird will fly to hit the pig. It can be linear or quadratic.

You can also demonstrate the application online at http://chrome.angrybirds.com/

The application shows the path the bird took to hit the pig.

this is a TI-Nspire document that has great graphics with angry birds. the document can be used as a demonstration tool with the computer version of the N-spire or it can be sent to the handhelds for students to explore.

Thank you for this resource.

We are starting to use the TI- Nspire calculators in the classroom and I have been looking for documents to get the kids hooked on this technology.

This is a great method for having them learn how to drag these equations to create one that works while learning about both types of functions.

I love that the N-Spire can allow you to manipulate by actually moving the equations and with the backdrop of the Angry Birds the students are that much more invested.
