At the recent A4A meeting, a teacher showed a graphing website that worked, but they weren't really happy. They were disappointed that the boundaries for inequalities were not clearly defined (inclusive of exclusive). Recently I found a site that has many exercises that not only address graphing, but cover anything thing from sequences to derivatives. The site is http://www.mathcasts.org
. Mathcasts.org uses the java applet for Geogebra
. As you may already know, Geogebra is a wonderful graphing and construction program, which is absolutely free. Many of the lessons also offer down loadable applets for those of you with internet issues in your classroom. Try them out and let me know what you think. I am currently compiling a list of sites that I will post on my site
, so if you know of something let me know.
